No One is Going To Save You

Self-Awareness

Growing up as we rely on our parents to nurture us and teach us to be functional adults. We don’t have perfect parents and we all have our generational trauma that are passed down to us. At some point, our parents will be gone and we are on our own. There will be no one to save you at that point, but yourself. You are the savior of your own life and have the choices to do what you need to do to be successful or get to your goals. I wanted to share what I learned over the 33 years I’ve been alive and what applied best for my own self-worth. Everyone go through tough obstacle and the biggest thing is how you overcome it. When we face obstacles there are choices. Choices to not deal with the issue, the choice to get over it, or even under it. You always have a choice, even though those choices can be difficult. From all the entrepreneurs, I’ve listened to and everyone has the same trait called persistent and consistency. The ability to do the mundane and slowly growing your wealth, knowledge, or even your health is so important to be successful. No one can make you wealthy, but you have to learn from the wealthy to become wealthy. Everything will take time, but you will need to act with speed and make decisions.

The self image is what you have subconsciously been program to do in your life and how you approach challenges. This image controls how you succeed and how you can handle stress when it comes to decision making. When it comes to fixing your inner self and healing your self image, you will need to be aware of yourself first and know that there are things to improve. Once, you understand that self you will need to recreate a new self that you want to strive to. Be aware many people will see that you are trying to change and will try to prevent you from changing because they are comfortable of who you are at that time. Growing up and learning will push beyond your current circle of people unless they are all willing to push you up and go along with the ride. Below are some of the things I recommend journaling and thinking about from all the books I read. I have also added the books I derive the steps from and I recommend reading them.

Things to do:

  1. Spend sometime alone in a quiet place and meditate on the life you want to live and want to be.

  2. Write down all that you want to have from your career, life, home, and more.

  3. Write a personal statement down on to a vision board or a card where you can read it every morning

  4. Create a vision board of all the goals you want with yourself in the picture if you can. This will help set your mood of the day and why you are doing what you are doing.

  5. Write a short list of 4-5 task a day that can take you closer to your goals.

  6. Once you have all of this and now meditate on them and feel you achieving those goals. The feeling will put you in a mood of your new self that allow you to reach the goals. This is the important part because there will be days where you feel down in life, but it can get you out of it.

  7. Change your environment that provide positive feedback towards your goals. Avoid degenerate Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media platform feeds. Remove nudity, bad news, or anything in that effect. Avoid or limit your interaction with people who will keep you down. People who smoke weed and do all of this will lower your vibrations and are not a good influence.
